Produced by fellow NY native Michael Moreno with additional production by reggae, hip hop & jazz multi-instrumentalists Josh Werner & Gintas Janusonis, both known for their work with RZA, Wu Tang Clan and Ghostface Killah, the album’s mix of testosterone driven drum programming, nostalgic live drums, keys and bluesy 70s/90s R&B tinged guitars are the perfect backdrop for Ruiz’s clever wordplay, honey coated harmonies and raw, sensual vocal performances.
